At Auxira, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and other important information regarding the shipment of your order.

Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time

Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 3–4 business days for domestic deliveries within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 4 to 6 Business days (Monday to Friday).

Daily Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed on the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $25.00 USD per order

Shipping Method

Auxira partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Depending on the destination and order requirements, shipments may be delivered through carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • Other trusted logistics providers

The carrier used for your shipment will be determined at the time of fulfillment.

International Shipping

Currently, Auxira primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible countries and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary by destination.
  • Customs inspections may cause delays.
  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Auxira is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Adjustments

Once an order has been submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

If you need to modify:

  • Product selections
  • Quantities
  • Billing information

Please contact our customer support team immediately.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, adjustments cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Changing the Shipping Address

Customers should verify their shipping information before completing checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Contact customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Address changes may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Auxira is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking link (when available)

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require repayment of shipping fees before reshipment.

Auxira is not liable for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact customer support immediately after placing your order.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and damaged item(s).
  2. Retain all original packaging materials.
  3. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs showing the condition of the package and item

Upon review, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected where required by federal, state, and local laws.

Sales tax amounts, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental fees required by their jurisdiction.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and should be considered approximate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or property management.
